Leaders have a true desire to help other people succeed that comes from a place of true selflessness. People must feel safe following you.

Leaders must have what others want. It may be an attitude, money, success, confidence or any number of other factors, but the main point is that you MUST believe that you are a leader and believe that you have something of value to offer others. You absolutely cannot fake it! People will see right through you and follow someone else.

Becoming an MLM leader is totally possible for anyone but it does take time. If you are willing to take the time to acquire knowledge and work on your inner self, than you are on your way to becoming a valuable leader in your community.
